Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you a full merchandise refund or exchange. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the order. Gifts returned will be credited with a gift certificate for future purchase at OurNameisMud.com.

For items that arrived damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at info@ournameismud.com. In these cases, we will gladly replace the item and refund your original shipping cost. We regret that all other shipping charges are non-refundable.

When returning items, please pack them securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include return merchandise form filled out in complete. Forms are enclosed in all packages. For your security, please return your order with an insured carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority). OurNameisMud.com cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
